Our story

Lake Powell Rentals was born out of a simple belief: everyone deserves a day on one of the most spectacular bodies of water in North America — and it should be aboard a boat that performs as beautifully as the scenery. Our founders grew up spending summers on Lake Powell, chasing wakes across canyon-walled coves and pulling friends out of the water at sunrise. When they couldn't find a rental company that matched their standards for quality, they built one.

Since opening our first slip at Wahweap Marina, we've hosted thousands of families, crew teams, and first-timers on the lake. We're a small, owner-operated team that obsesses over every detail — from the freshness of the tower speakers to the warmth of the towels we leave on board. If it's on our dock, it's because we'd put our own family on it.

OUR BOATS

Our boats

We run an exclusive set of MasterCraft boats — the X-Star, X26, and three X24 color variants. MasterCraft's Gen 3 surf system shapes a clean, competition-grade wave on either side at the press of a button, and their Ilmor 6.2L supercharged V8 brings the power to back it up. Together our five boats cover every kind of day on the lake: surf, wakeboard, and all-day cruising for groups of 16 to 20.

Our average boat age is under two years. Every boat goes through a full inspection and detail between every single rental: engine fluids checked, ballast tanks flushed, upholstery wiped down, and towers re-tensioned. We never rent anything we haven't personally pre-run that morning.

We maintain slips at two marinas on the south end of Lake Powell, so you can launch from whichever ramp suits your group:

• Antelope Point MarinaPage, AZ — Open 6a–8p

Whether you're launching from Wahweap for a quick half-day or starting at Antelope Point for a longer trip into the canyon arms, we'll meet you at the ramp with a freshly prepped boat and a full tank.
