Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are charged in full.

If we issue a weather cancellation for sustained winds above 20 mph or a small-craft advisory, you receive a full refund or free reschedule — no fee. We make weather calls by 7 a.m. and contact you directly.

We don’t provide a captain for a standard rental — every renter completes a 15-minute on-water orientation before departure. For a full-day guided experience with one of our team on board, we can occasionally arrange staffed charters on request.

Every rental comes with a wakesurf board, a wakeboard with bindings, a kneeboard, and a two-person tube. Boards are cleaned and inspected between every use. You’re welcome to bring your own gear too.

Our MasterCraft fleet is rated for 16 to 20 passengers depending on the model — the X-Star seats 16, the three X24s seat 18, and the X26 seats 20. We follow the manufacturer’s capacity rating strictly.

We recommend 2–3 weeks ahead for summer weekends (Memorial Day through Labor Day) — they fill up fast. Weekdays and shoulder-season dates are usually open with a week or less of notice.
